Night Rest with Melatonin Source Naturals, Inc. 100 Tabs

I have suffered from insomnia for longer than I knew the word for it. Nothing else has ever quite helped me fall asleep in what feels naturally as Night Rest with Melatonin. I had tried melatonin tabs, valerian root capsules, a whole plethora of herbal teas, as well as being desperate enough to use Nyquil and alcohol on occasions. Now that I've found that these supplements work for me, I can actually function in the daytime because I can get more than several hours of sleep each night. Helps with my sleep very good.I take 2 pills at 8.30 p.m. and by 9 I can feel sleepiness and I go to sound sleep in 15 to 30 min.I am waking up at 1 but I go back to sleep soon.Morning I wake up at 4 but I still roll around and doze off till 6 ,then by 6 I am all up and refreshed.Seeing early morning for the first time ans waking up before everyone feels very enjoyable .Completely recommend it.

My brother recommended these. He called them “elephant tranquilizers.” I used to take ambien but these work just as fast and well but without waking up feeling like you took anything. I also use the chewable types but they aren’t as strong and i wake up too early. Give these a try. Been using about 8 years.

Works Everytime, half an hour before bed and my day is done. Wish a little lower on price/qty but if manufacturer wants to sponsor me I'll work for the refills.

I have been taking this product for over five years to gain the restful sleep that I need. It help me get off of Ambien EXR and taking daily will help you fall asleep faster and reach a REM sleep mode quicker. Pills are easy to take as a tablet. Takes about two weeks to fully gain its strength in your body and effectively use. Results may vary by persons and it’s not guaranteed to work as indicated.Best thing to do is try it and if it doesn’t work within two weeks as you expect then return it.

My psychiatrist recommended these to me after I complained about my sleep troubles but not wanting to up my melatonin dose.I take half a dose (one pill) which is 2.5 mg melatonin when I was previously taking 5-10 and this knocks me out and I tend to have less vivid dreams too.My one word of caution is to make sure it stays in a sealed container with the desiccant pouch as humidity will give it a gross sticky residue.

I have bought several bottles of this and it is wonderful. Helps me realx in order to fall asleep and I wake up feeling refreshed with out the hang over most sleep aids do.
