Flavor: green apple, super delicious. Not as good as a Jolly Rancher, but definitely in the ballpark. No weird medicinal smells or aftertaste.Texture: lovely! Most people purchase creatine for workouts… I purchased these as a seemingly weird substitute for my love of Red Bull that I can no longer have as I’m TTC and can’t have caffeine or my ADHD medication. This seemed like the closest thing I could get that’s safe for me to consume while TTC as well being great for brain health and supportive of egg quality. I was pleasantly surprised that it gives me a subtle, sustained energy boost, as well as helping a bit with nausea from the fertility meds. I take a half dose of 2 gummies in the morning and reserve the other two for the afternoon if I need additional support to workout, etc.Overall, the effectiveness and amount you get in the bag make it a great value for the cost. Will definitely keep purchasing!

These creatine gummies are a total game-changer! The green apple flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet, and I love that they’re sugar-free yet still taste great. They’re super convenient compared to powder—no mixing, no mess. I’ve noticed better strength and energy during workouts, and the added taurine and B12 give an extra boost of focus. Plus, they’re vegan and gluten-free, which is perfect for my lifestyle.

I love these! They taste wonderful…huge plus. But I can also feel the effectiveness of them when using. I bought this brand by accident. When I got them I ordered directly from the other company right away, but kept taking these. When the other ones came in, I switched to the brand that had been recommended. I was really disappointed in that brand. I didn’t feel the same impact as I do from this brand. Side note…my son, daughter in law and grandson now all use these instead as well!!

These are tasty and definitely work. I (55F) have been working out at a place that tracks the amount of weight you lift for about 2 years. At some point I stalled out on increasing the weight I lift. Ever since I started taking these, I've been hitting new personal bests regularly. Even the trainers have been asking me what I'm doing differently. On the downside, I've always enjoyed the taste of these gummies but I opened a new bag yesterday and they taste different than they used to. They aren't bad but they don't taste as good as the did. Hoping they haven't changed the formulation.

These are little more expensive than other creatine gummies but I have had much better workouts since switching to these. Plus they taste great.

I was excited to try this creatine and l arganine supplement because I looked into both and thought they had promising benefits. However, what I did not discover until after taking it is that l arganine can cause gi upset. Apparently it has a ph of 10 and can cause serious issues for some people. I happen to have gi problems in general and this product is the only new thing I have introduced into my system. I had previously been taking just a creatine supplement and decided to try this one with the l arganine.I have experienced horrible bloating that makes me look like I have gained weight in my mid section. Constipation, gas, stomach pain, and diarrhea. If you are not sensitive to l arganine, it may be a great product and give it a try. The gummies are delicious. However, if you are like me and have a weaker gi, please be careful!!!This product is unable to be returned since it is a supplement, so I am out the money and now dealing with a huge gi issue that will take a while to resolve.

I have not used this product for very long so I cannot yet speak of its effectiveness but the ease of taking them right before my workout and with being consistent I believe this product will work best for me. The taste is very good and I will continue to purchase this product I hope to see the benefits soon!
