Having installed 3 wifi google points I decided to wall mount 2 of them for better reception. These mounts are simple and perfect to quickly snap in the wifi devices once screwed into the wall. A nice feature is that the wifi units slip into a shroud, allowing for easy removal if necessary as the units are two circular pieces. The 1st slips over the wifi unit (a ring) and the second is the wall/shelf mount that the 1st attached to with a turn and click.

I bought this for the house but i just wasnt happy with the plastics. The mechanism to twist on was weak too (meaning its really easy to twist counter clockwise and let the googlewifi fall) -- there is no "click" or any positive feedback that it is locked onto the base. The plastics are also not too solid (thin) and for my tastes, doesnt look good in the house. I honestly think most people will love it but for me, i kind of expect more for a piece of plastic that costs 15$.

These were exactly as i expected. As other reviewers mentioned it would be nice if there was a cable retention that allowed for you to have the G symbol up. That said i new what i was buying before i purchased it and it did exactly what i needed.

Works very well ant fits perfectly. Very heigh quality build, even the mounting screws are excellent quality.
