Stays in my ears - sounds great - Battery?
Summary - I like these earbuds. They address all the problems I had with other earbuds I have tried and for me they sound as good or better than other buds I have tried. They stay in place, the buttons eliminate unintended action when I touch them and they sound good. The sonic range is decent and the noise dampening is sufficient for listening in a noisy environment like a sidewalk next to traffic. It also helps voice input when talking on the phone. The only problem I have is the left bud battery which is why I gave them a 4 (I really wanted to put 4.5 but was unable)I have never found a set of bluetooth earbuds that would stay in my ears - until now. These Amazfit earbuds stay on my head, auto-connects to my phone quickly right out of the box and provides great sound.I always used wired earbuds with hooks that held them in my ears but when my phone manufacturer eliminated the headphone jack I was forced to move to earbuds. Every set I tried would not stay in my ear. When I got sweaty or started to talk or just moved my jaw it would slip out. I tried every size of bud speaker cover and none solved the problem especially in my left ear. And... when it would start to slip I would have to reposition or catch it and reinsert then some action occurred: it would turn the volume down or pause the device it was connected to because they were controlled by touch. I would also have to mute the music or pull a bud out of my ear to talk with someone. These earbuds are designed different than any others I have tried. First, they solve the slippage problem with a clip that wraps around the edge of your ear. The control functions are accessed via buttons one on each unit. To increase volume you push and hold the right ear button, left button decreases volume . Answering a phone call is accomplished by one press of either button. Sound emits from a ball that rests in your ears just "outside" of the ear hole. And they are amazingly effective at delivering decent sound. Voice pickup is good and there is some dampening of external noise. They don't call it "noise cancelling" but it does have technology that effectively reduces wind and traffic noise. If the sound-source volume is not turned up too loud, you can hear people talk and carry on conversation with them. And Yes, if it is turned up loud other people can hear them if they get close to you.Another feature I like is it supports connecting to multiple bluetooth devices. I have only tried 2: a phone and an MP3 player together. While listening to the MP3 player I can answer a phone call and the MP3 player is paused until I hang up.CONS:The ZEPP app does have some earbud devices that it recognizes but the UP buds are not showing in my app (yet?).I did have one problem which I seemed to get around and I'm not sure exactly what I did to solve it. The left earbud started dropping out and it finally just would not connect. The right bud continued to work fine. I charged both buds overnight and it worked for 10min or so the next day but then dropped out again. I finally put it in the charger by itself and charged it for a while (more than 4 hours). It worked so I'm wondering if it has a weaker battery then the right one and when they are charging together the charging pod technology shuts down charging for both when one is fully charged. UPDATE: the left one does appear to have a weaker battery which loses it's charge and shuts down after 2 hours of play and it does appear that if both of the buds are in the charger while charging the left one does not get a full charge. The right one keeps right on working for more than 8-10 hours of play. I can listen to podcasts with the right one alone because they are not usually stereo but my music listening is limited when the left bud is down.I was a little perturbed at the included manual. It comes with a 50-60 page manual but it is really just about 5 pages of basic info in 16 different languages. Only about 2.5 of the pages give you operation instructions, the rest is government required data like disposal and interference specs. This included manual did not indicate how to attach to multiple devices. They do have a PDF manual available on-line which does have detailed information on operation, connecting and troubleshooting. They also have an AI Chat-bot that was very good at answering my questions with helpful answers that were specific to my question not just a generic answer.

Very comfortable
Surprisingly, good sound for the cost. They are most comfortable when wearing glasses without ear fatigue. Battery life is excellent!

Poor connection, bad sound
Even with my phone in my hand, buds will momentarily lose connection until I rotate my head to get a better line of sight with the bud. If my phone is in my pocket, it's even worse. Sound quality is terrible. Even with messing with my phone's equalizer, I am not able to get music to sound true to the original song or even close. Podcasts are near impossible to understand. After a month of use, the speakers sound as if they are about to completely die. Build construction feels far too cheap for the price. I really wanted to like these because I like that they connect to both my watch and my phone, but I am looking at other options now as these are nearly unusable due too poor quality.

Convenient, comfortable
Practical, comfortable. Its nice to be able to put my head back without something there. Average ear buds don't stay in my ears. These stay perfectly. The only issue I have with them is the left side will cut out periodically. Otherwise, I love em. They have good call quality as well.

They won’t ever fall off!
They won’t fall off: ever! I’ve never ever had a pair of headphones that didn’t fall off while using them. These don’t! Sound quality is top tier too.

Hard to believe a amazfit product
I love amazfit. I have trex 2 and 3. Very happy with products. As soon as I took the ear bud box out of pkg. I was like omg this feels so cheap. The ear buds also feel cheap. Connected them and thought they sounded pretty good. But after wearing them for a day I put my tozo buds back in. The buds have distortion with music and podcast and movies. The controls are poorly placed and I drop calls to phone. Can't believe this is considered a sports ear buds. They wiggle in ears and with the poor sound quality compared to my $39 tozo. I won't use these. When on phone the person on the pther end hears muffled sound and cant understand me. To me it looks like they bought a cheap Chinese product and put their name on it. It's functional but crap for a company like amazfit.

Decent! You get what you pay for.
I think the best way to leave a review for these is to make it into two categories: Indoor Workouts & Outdoor Workouts. The first 90% of the time I used these were for treadmill workouts and I didn't really have any complaints, especially for the price. Sure, from time to time, one bud would connect and the other one wouldn't, which was easily resolved by putting them both back in the case for a moment. The last 10% I've used these for are outdoor workouts, which I believe is how they're intended, since the open-ear design is a safety feature useful with road-running. The first half of my run, I had no issues, and the second half of my run, the left ear bud kept disconnecting for 3-4 seconds, then would reconnect, out-of-sync with the right earbud, then they would play catch-up with one another and re-sync. This would happen every 2-3 minutes, which is incredibly frustrating when you're in a groove or a rhythm. The second half of my run was around more buildings that were 2-3 stories tall, vs the first half being more open. Not sure if that really makes a difference when my phone is 3 feet away from the earbuds in my pocket.I'd love to know if this is an error on my part, because it would be awesome to fix it. I like the form factor, I like how light they are and the fact that I can still hear my surroundings all while being submersed in my music, and the battery life is pretty decent. Again, for what you pay, I shouldn't be disappointed, but these are so close to being really solid.
