I’ve grown plants entirely in lecca, I’ve used it at the bottom of terrariums for a water reservoir, I’ve used it as a topper for my potted plants. It’s visually appealing to look at and functional. Just make sure you rinse it before you use it because there’s a lot of dust so I just rinse them in a pasta strainer before I use them.

The size of these pebbles remind me of small grapes, so keep that in mind depending on your purpose for using these. I looked at reviews, but was still a little surprised by the size compared to others I've used. There were some broken and some odd shaped pebbles, but that is not an issue for me. Mine were a darker brown color than they appear in the photos.
