Poor Customer Service
I bought the Certified Refurbished Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen) expecting it to work like new, but sadly, that was not the case. The screen had noticeable glitches right from the start, and the audio cuts out randomly. Despite being labeled as "certified," it feels far from refurbished, more like barely functional.To make matters worse, I've been trying to return the product, but Amazon's customer service has been unresponsive. I’ve reached out multiple times, but I keep getting vague responses or no follow-up at all.I expected better from both Amazon and a product like Echo Show. I regret this purchase and would not recommend buying certified refurbished items from Amazon unless you are prepared for poor customer support.
