USS Franklin: When Worlds Collide (USS Hamilton) Paperback – January 13, 2024

Awesome characters written VERY well, love 'em or hate 'em. The stories are pretty solid, each book's adventure sucks you right in. I just finished Book 7. 1 -7 are fantastic. I care about the characters, their relationships, and their jobs. These books are fun. If you want great characters, great humor, great storylines, great spaceship Gestalt... You NEED to read these books. FAN-FLIPPING-TASTIC-NESS!

I recently finished reading USS FRANKLIN and found myself thoroughly captivated by the story. The narrative was engaging, with well-developed characters and a plot that kept me turning the pages eagerly. The author has a real talent for storytelling, and it shines through in this book.However, my reading experience was somewhat marred by the numerous grammatical errors throughout the text. It appeared as though the book might have been transcribed using voice recognition software, which unfortunately didn't capture the author's words accurately. This led to various mistakes that could distract from the immersive experience of the story.Despite these issues, I still enjoyed the book and would recommend it to others for its compelling narrative. It's a testament to the author's skill that even with these technical flaws, the book remains an enjoyable read.

Boss book series, on a full run through with number 9 next. Really fun, entertaining. Excellent author on the space epic!

Read through this too quickly. An excellent installment in the series. Had some good plot twists. Throughly enjoyed this book.

The USS Franklin was everything a science fiction story could be. There was action, adventure, betrayal and finally redemption. There was even a wee bit of romance thoughtfully tucked in by our favorite author! Thanks for another wiz-bang military space navy adventure! Further, I see that you’ve amended your earlier call to the Captains on the Bridge!

I’ve purchased this book series as Audio books, including the side story. They are very entertaining and really help with my long commute. I have been getting increasingly fed up with the endings (or lack of) so I’ve decided to treat this Author’s stories like my favorite old network t.v. shows: They almost always ended the season with a cliffhanger or a major plot point unresolved —-until NEXT season. So I’ll try thinking of this Authors’ books the same way.

I have waited with anticipation for each book in the series since I read the first one and I have never been disappointed. The characters are well developed and unique with distinct personalities, and complex interrelationships,. The technology, ships,, weapons and systems are well developed and explained. The storyline is consistent, entertaining, and seems to have a new and exciting twist around every corner. Well done and thank you very much.

This author has quite an imagination but the technical descriptions are weak and unconvincing. Sub-plots seem contrived and artificial, like the author is just throwing ideas into a brainstorming session. There is weak proof-reading and occasional, jarring profanity that adds nothing to the story, only detracts from it. The overall storyline is imaginative and engaging. Character development is modest. Worth reading? Borderline. It does have nice cover art.

Another great romp from Mark. I really love this series, the characters are amazing and the stories get more and more crazy and fun with each book. Great fun and really well written. Possibly my favourite sci-fi series of all time, wish they'd do a movie or TV show with these characters.

Fast paced lots of great tech. Terrific characters and strong storyline’s with plenty of Oliver twists. Keep it up Mark. Top job.

Maybe a little bit too much of everything being thrown at one man

This book starts off where the last book finished nd boy we are right back into the action, I do hope for many more books in the is series.warning once you pick up USS Hamilton book 1, you will be hooked

I could not stop reading this book. I always admire how this story and characters just fit together so well.It is disappointing that this book is finished.
