This is a good set of phones for the price. Easy to set up and operate. Nice design. Handset feels good to hold. Fast delivery time.

The phones are fine. The ringtones are the same ring tones you get with a cheap wireless doorbell albeit with a couple of extra phone ring types, but at the same time they are universally awful to listen to. Thankfully, their job is to get your attention when a call comes in so the racket obviously stops when you answer. There is no weight at all in the base stations, they feel cheap as can be, but they work. The one HUGE downside is the final setup. Once everything is connected the screens are prompting you top set the time and date. Good luck with that. Every set of instructions (including those that come with it) gloss over it nicely, or prompt you to press a button that doesn't exist on these handsets. Instructions (and videos) found online were always for a near identical handset that had 2 extra buttons than these have. I can't remember being this frustrated setting a time on a home handset before. It wouldn't be so bad if the screen just stayed blank, but no, set the time is constantly emblazoned on it until you bow to it's demands. Reasonable phone, awful user interface.

Bought this for my mom she needs a phone as she old and got dementia. The phone does not charge. Had engineers in to look and phone does not work so it’s now in bin as they gave her a phone for free. WASTE OF MONEY !!!!!

Good phone with large screen. No issues so far. Replaced faulty BT phone which was impossible to use

The phone looks nice and works quite well.However, the downside is it doesn't have speed dial.
