Okay blender great service
I'd say this specific blender is a 3 star. But the customer service was great.I ordered this blender and it did not work. After contacting customer service I was given a replacement. What I can say about this blender is it's good for mixing juices or blending things like grapes. But it struggles to blend anything that gives resistance like a big cold strawberry. I'd recommend their other blender (that's not portable) over this one, because you can blend it and then take the ready made smoothie with you

Love it.I really love this blender, the battery works for 3 or 4 times, depending what you are blending, and for how long.It’s easy to carry, easy to clean.You can take it anywhere, and charge anywhere too!!!

I purchased this in November and already broken, completely dead, not function at all otherwise, I really like the blender.I am order a new one and try it again to see this one will last longer.
