Wel I just purchased out of curiosity and a way to use my gift card for something that meant meaningful.But little did I know that this product does carry a punch.The design has been specially spectacular with stuffing as much as possible while not loosing on resilience. The design team did a magical work on this.Root system and distribution system compliment each other nicely and the growth is exceptionally good provided you pair it with a nice wifi operating switch to schedule properly, I have used this to sprout out twigs for faster rooting and to grow herbs , the only problem is the tank that's kind of small since I have taken the bucket version but I found out there is a jumbo version after purchase sadly.The motor had a failure during installation and I called them up and upon verification they were happy to replace it and the experience was quite good. Reliability factor is quite good.They even offered to sustain my resources for water nutrients and also for future purchases. Such a warm hospitality I must say.All in all was a spectacular purchase will be getting some 80 units to make my terrace a forest after i monitor my plant growth and temperature shifts with this one piece for now.To the team : keep it up you're doing great job with the service and the innovation.Thank you for making it easy to set up and get it going. Everything needed is provided except for the switch.Btw I use an alexa operated 3 pin plug to schedule the timer. ( For those who wonder )

It is not clear in videos how much water is to be used for how many times and how much. If you are selling these items please make a detailed video so that your products be used and buyer can use it properly.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new vertical garden tower! The quality is exceptional, and it's so easy to assemble. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in my living room. I've already started growing some herbs and leafy greens, and I'm excited to see them thrive. The tower's compact size is perfect for small spaces, and it's a great conversation starter. The tower is nice with good structure and making but the motor is cheap and easily getting stuck

Rest all is good value for. Money.But the pump is not able to pump water to the top layer. I had to remove 3 layers.Is there a solution

The media could not be loaded. Very good and functional only problem was i didn’t know that i needed to use a timer, please use less seeds and different nutrients. And very helpful customer service.

The pipe is not in balance. One side tilts due to The plant bends towards the side which has more weight.
