Easy assembly of the cart. Made moving multi items quick and easy saving trips back-and-forth. Seems to be high-quality well built.

Title says it all. The wheels must me made of a really hard plastic because they are really loud. Great quality product though.

It is big which is what I wanted. Thinking about getting another smaller one too. Very well made and easy to roll. It’s going to help me a lot getting in the cat food for the ferals I feed!

This purchase was triggered by a move, but I'm sure we'll put the platform truck to good use down the road, too. We used it (for real) for the first time today with a heavy load. We were nowhere near the max capacity, but the items were large, heavy, and unwieldy. The cart did its job like a champ. The folding handle will make it easy to store it up against a wall in the storeroom in our new apartment.

Very poor packaging. Nuts and bolts lost in shipment, metal parts bent. Customer service unable to tell me when/if replacement parts will be shipped. Looks like it would have been a good product if the box and bags had held together....(Update)After sending lots of pictures vendor promised to send missing parts. (Have not seen yet.) Managed to find similar parts are hardware store to patch together....."heavy duty wheels offer silent and reliable transportation" B*** S***. Wheels are hard, with a heavy ridged pattern. They appear to be well made, but not suited to this task. Probably good for pushing on grass?? OK on carpet, but on concrete, tile or asphalt the cart vibrates like crazy and sounds like a chainsaw. I was having 1U server hardware trying to vibrate off of the cart. (I did not test above 200-pound loads.) I swapped out the wheels for standard smooth wheels and the problem went way...but it nearly doubled the cost of the cart. (The bolt holes on the deck do support standard wheels.)I know the price has dropped since I made my purchase, but for industrial use, I know there are still better, cheaper options.

Fairly easy to put together and seems very sturdy.

Great cart, perfect size for stacking totes 2 deep without overhang. Still passes through doorways well. The only drawback are the knobby edged wheels grind so loud on hard floors. Out door the wheels might do fine.While doing AV work at a hotel I had to limit my use of this cart across uncarpeted areas in the hotel during quiet hours after 9 pm till 7 am. I'll be looking to swap the wheels for solid/urethane (think) before my next event.
