I contacted the seller and let them know what happend and they offered to send a free replacement so i will wait to receive the rod and retest it and update the review after Got these poles for a easy travel fishing rod and from the description and reviews thought yea should be a good pole right WRONG first use caught a small 7 inch sheep's head pole snaped right in the middle so okay Kool took the broken piece stuck it back in and could still fish then boom caught a decent sized fish (can't tell you want it was because of the rest of the story) then boom snaps into another 3 pieces yay so had to go and find a replacement pole for the rest of the trip useless and a waste of money

My son used it for salmon fishing in Alaska. It worked for him, but I would recommend a 9ft 9 weight fly rod instead. I used a Remington path, an it definitely had more feel to it.

Bought this rod for a quick Florida keys trip. Ended up hooking a nice 3 foot barracuda. Really impressed with how this rod handled it!

Bough this rod for a friend that needed a multipurpose travel rod. She did not want to spend a lot so we ordered this rod (7' Medium Fast with Fuji guides). The craftsmanship is excellent, nice guide wraps, guides are indeed Fuji. Reel seat is graphite with a metal locking nut. We dry tested the action and it looks like a medium power with fast action. Rod comes with a sleeve with individual pockets for each of the four sections and this goes into a nice and sturdy PVC case. Weight of the rod was 137 grams. At first impression, this rod has nothing to envy to my St. Croix Travel Rod that was 3x the price and had no hard case included. I will update the review once we test it in our Saltwater estuary and local beaches.

I’ve always been skeptical about multiple piste fishing rods just because I’m confident that one piece fishing rods are more balanced more sensitive I want to be honest they’re just better all around but this is an awesome 4 peace fishing Rod! I bought the 7 foot blue spinning rod, and it is my go to when I need to compact down and travel around with it. It feels just as good as any of my two piece rods and it’s actually pretty close to a lot of my one piece rods as well it’s just slightly heavier and slightly ball gear, but honestly I would definitely recommend buying this no doubt about it!

Surprisingly strong for something this light and portable. Used it for a week in Canada, catching pike and walleye from dawn to dusk, and it performed flawlessly.

While I lost a little of the sensitivity I get with my 1-piece rods, it was comparable to my 2 piece rods for both action and sensitivity. Adding the portability and protection added on the well built case I am very pleased with the rod.

I love the rod and how it feels. I can feel bites great and have caught many fish with no issues.

I haven't tried it yet. It's light with a comfortable hand grip. Overly excited to use it asap.
