Love this baby monitor! HIGHLY recommended.The split screen feature has been soooo helpful with our second baby! Controls are very intuitive, video quality is excellent, and the battery life is impressive.On another note, we also can’t speak highly enough of the customer service support from Hellobaby! They really stand by their products and provide great communication!

Great quality and sound. The connectivity is great and gives you a great distance from the cameras. Brightness can go up or down. So many setting to fit to your needs.

Great monitor. I love not having to worry about someone hacking my Wi-Fi to see the camera. This monitor works well and holds a good charge. When the unit broke and I sent them a request for new monitor without cameras the response was fast with assistance. After sending proof that the monitor is broken they said they will send a new parent device for free. This is my fourth baby and I continue to buy hello baby monitors because they work so well.

100% worth the splurge. I like to pinch my pennies, so it was hard springing for a pricier monitor when I could have just bought a second cheaper monitor for my second baby. But it’s so worth it for the convenience. We love that we only have to charge one monitor, and I love all the different settings on it. The camera rotations makes it possible to see the whole room, so there’s never a blind spot. I also love that it monitors the temperatures in each room, because our house is old and has very uneven heating/cooling so I always worry one of them will get too hot/cold. I wish it had an easier way to mount it, but overall I would choose this monitor again and again.

I would NEVER recommend this baby monitor to anyone now. Unless you are within hearing range of your babies room do not buy. The first one I bought was not reaching the room very well. And when I say this I was standing outside the door. So we returned and got another one. This one will say it has full bars/signal then all of a sudden it’ll show an X and the picture will be frozen and stay like this forever! So if you are not paying attention there will be a frozen screen unless you turn it back on and off!! This is so frustrating in the middle of the night. I was sleeping with the baby monitor next to my pillow. My husband made the comment maybe it couldn’t get a good signal since maybe the covers were hindering the signal strength. (fine if that’s the case whatever) Started sleeping with the monitor on my night stand. Well two nights in a row now the SOUND did not work. It’ll show a picture of the baby but no sound playing. I woke up thinking my baby slept through the night when really he had been awake all night. I looked on his owlet and it showed him awake multiple times. As a parent this breaks my heart knowing my baby was awake crying and I didn’t hear it. I have had enough with this baby monitor and will be returning. If you want your baby to cry all night and you never knowPurchase this baby monitor.

I love that you can see both kids in one screen. You can only hear one at a time but that was not a problem for us. I keep it on all night but only have to charge it every other day so the battery is good. I love that you can move the camera from the monitor. My child moves all around so sometimes you need to adjust to see where they are at. The temp reading is very helpful to figure out what they need to wear to bed because both rooms run different. I personally think it’s an amazing price for everything that it does. I don’t use it too much during the day to see how it looks then but the night time vision is great. Only downside is the darn green light on the camera catches my kids attention so they stare at it and it’s kinda scary.

We have had this brand of monitor for 3 years and loved it. Recently my monitor part was on my bed and my toddler was playing on the bed. When I came back the monitor was black and not working. She must have landed on it and broken the screen. I reached out to the company via email and they were so helpful. They didn’t have to replace it for free because it was our fault, but they did! Sent me a new monitor in like 3 days! It was amazing and so nice of them! It connected easily to the two monitors and was like nothing happened. We love that it isn’t WiFi, can connect to two different cameras with dual visibility on the monitor and has a microphone so we can talk to our toddler. I highly recommend this monitor and company.

Overall I really like the camera for a split screen model, for the price you can’t beat it! Screen quality is clear, night vision mode is great and the sound picks up well.Only thing I don’t like and didn’t realize is when you have it in split screen mode you can only hear noise from the room you have the camera set to. Example - if you have it set on camera 1 you’ll only hear noise from that cam, if baby cries on camera 2 it doesn’t make any sound. You’d think that whatever noise is being made between either camera the screen would light up and you could hear the sound but nope. Only reason for a 4 star review. I purchased this camera thinking it was going to have this feature because I didn’t read it doesn’t have that so I am a bit disappointed and now wondering if I should return it if there’s another brand that has this exact feature.
