If you’re tired of having trailing wires across your dashboard or constantly plugging your dash cam into the cigarette lighter socket, this is the way to go.The kit includes all the essentials: the main hardwire cable, multiple fuse taps (for mini, micro, and standard fuses), and built-in low-voltage protection — which is a major bonus for preserving your car’s battery health. There’s also clear labelling on the wires, and the length of the cable is generous enough for routing neatly behind the trim in most cars, including larger vehicles or vans.One of the standout features is the ACC (Accessory) wire integration. This means the dash cam powers on automatically when the car is started and powers down when the ignition is off, avoiding unnecessary battery drain. You also get constant power options for cameras with parking mode, which is ideal if you want round-the-clock protection.Installation was relatively straightforward — I’ve done a bit of DIY before, but I wouldn’t say I’m an expert. Still, I had it fully fitted in about 30–40 minutes with the help of a YouTube video and a plastic trim removal tool. It’s low effort for the huge improvement you get in your vehicle setup.The build quality is solid — well-insulated cables, firm connectors, and the fuse taps slot in securely. No signs of interference or connection issues since I’ve installed it. Everything powers as it should and I’ve tested the voltage cut-off — it reacts exactly as advertised.If I had one suggestion, it would be great to include a small inline fuse holder for added safety, although with proper fuse tap placement, it’s not strictly necessary.In summary, this hardwire kit is smart, safe, and easy to install. It tidies up your dash cam setup, protects your car’s battery, and supports parking mode — all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I excellent item. Loads of connections to ensure it fits which ever car. 5 mins to fit and hide wires. Used google to find exactly which fuse to use on my car. Only been in 1 day so far but working as expected

Easy to fit and works as expected allowing dash camera to turn on and off with ignition

Partially due to the misleading reviews and some of the wording used in the marketing this device WILL hardwire your camera, however there are some key considerations.This will allow your battery to go to 11.6v before it switches off. This is considered by UK recovery services to be a 'dead' battery (anything at/under 11.8v).Additionally, if you are using a Viofo dashcam, this will not allow your camera to go into the low-power mode of parking mode. It will provide a full live constantly, you need a HK4 kit which has 3 wires (Live, Earth, Accessory). The accessory is the 'trigger' to tell the camera the car is off and needs to go into parking mode. This kit only has full live and earth, meaning the camera will never know to go into parking mode.3 Stars as it does provide a live to your camera and is a well packed piece of kit with the tools/fuse options, but the parking mode is non-existent and i will chalk that to the misleading reviews.
