Almost perfect
The media could not be loaded. I needed to get into some sort of exercise routine but my neighborhood has been going downhill lately so this is ideal for me. This "walker" is the best thing ever! It is smooth walking, easy to operate, a little bit heavy for my elderly self but I can manage it OK. At first I tried to tuck it away under a large chair but maneuvering was difficult, so I have it propped up on its side against the chair instead. I love that it has readings to tell me how many calories I've burnt, how far I have walked and for how much time I have walked. The beeping only happens when I use the remote control and it's not too loud, yet it is loud enough for me to hear. In other words, not the least bit annoying to me. The ONLY problem with this is that it has no 'pause' button. So I have to turn it OFF if I have to interrupt briefly to let a dog in or out, or to answer the door, etc., so when I come back to it, I have to start all over from the beginning with nothing accumulated from my first few minutes of walking activity. Other than that I think it's THE perfect thing for me! getting exercise every day without having to leave my home.UPDATE: If you are a little up in age as I am (68), this machine is great for walking but there's nothing to hold on to. So if you're concerned about balance, falling, breaking bones, etc...My boyfriend is a landlord and tenants leave items behind when they move out. He keeps many of these if they are in decent shape. He brought me a 'walker' to position on both sides of this 'treadmill'. The walker has to be wider than 22 inches to fit. But it has made a big difference for me, not having to worry about losing my balance, falling and breaking a hip or something. So if you can find one of these at a Thrift Shop for cheap or otherwise, I would highly recommend that you use something like this for support

Perfect for me
Mind you I haven't used a treadmill since back when you had to hold a bar and push to move the belt, lol. This was very easy to set upNot sure why the box insinuated it had to be put together when it already is. Just plug in, turn the switch on, and press on button on the remote and you're set. Just for reference, I'm 5'1" and 140lbs and fit fine on this. But I don't think anyone with a natural stance wider than a foot between feet should use this or you may step off the belt if you deviate a lot in stride. I wdo wish it was lighter, but if the weight of the machine insures that it can support slow jogging then I'll get over it. It even has a cute little divot in the front to rest the remote.

UPDATED: issue resolved (Malfunction, Error Code, No Response)
UPDATE: I am so glad I finally heard back. The resolution was that they have replaced the walking pad. The only downside is I don’t know what to do with the old one. Fingers crossed that this one works better in the long run.Initial post:I loved this walking pad. It was working very well and I enjoyed using it. On Sunday, September 24th as I set the walking pad to my usual 2.4 walking speed, I set down the remote and started my walk. Not even a minute later the pad beeped again and next thing I know I slammed down ontop of the walking pad because it went full speed. I had burns from the band a big bruise on my knee and a scratch on my stomach. I had to pull the cord out from the wall to shut it off. When I finally plugged it back it it read "ER 02" I tried looking this up in the user manual, but for some insane reason, there is NOTHING about error codes in the manual. When I looked it up online it just states to call the number on the machine. I did. haven't heard back ever since. It is so disappointing because I truly loved it. The fact that the company was careless enough to NOT have error code printed in the manual is a huge red flag.

Update: 2 Months In
2 month update: Working well still. The buttons/controls are not intuitive. I wish I could restart it at the same speed each time. But for the price I am very happy with the performance.I've had it for about a month. And used it for several hours. , I am 200 lb guy and it is holding up fine. It has started creaking, so I question the longevity of it. But so far it is working fine still. Great for walking. You won't be able to run on it unless you're jogging very slowly.

Updated: Fire hazard
Updated: Moved the walking pad to adjust for company and upon lifting it, found that the motor had overheated at some point. It melted the plastic housing and the pad below. Of course it's beyond the return or support window. Purchased 08/23.Made a personal goal to walk 12k steps a day for a year. To help with that goal during the winter and lazy seasons, I bought this for myself.First, the good: It's compact, light (enough) functional, and easy to balance while walking. I really enjoy the revolving data that shows on the screen. The remote is super easy to use and makes setup and getting going a snap. The not-so-great for those who need accuracy... I usually set it to 3.6 mph for my walks, and use the pad while wearing my Galaxy Watch. At the end of an hour (at which point the pad will auto-stop) I had walked a distance, as recorded by the walking pad, of 3.0 miles. My watch recorded about 6k steps, which by my metric is about 2.7 miles. If this matters to you, you'll probably want to look elsewhere as my partner also has found the same issue.Additionally, I'd suggest wearing socks if you are walking for any prolonged period of time. My feet usually get raw after about 20 minutes when barefoot.

Used?
The media could not be loaded. Not too happy with my product seems like it was in a box for too long and the styrofoam got stuck to the belt. The numbers aren’t fully showing up but seems to work. Update the used walking pad malfunction and is no longer working in less than 30 days, WASTE OF MONEY
