Works perfectly on my setup!
I have 3x 1080p 60Hz monitors, which I've run successfully for years on a 3x HDMI setup connected to a desktop.I recently bought a gaming laptop, which has 1x HDMI output and 2x USB C ports. I wanted to see if I could use DP to connect it to my monitors, so I bought a USB C to DP cable for my primary (middle) monitor, and got this dual-DP adapter for my side monitors, as I already had a spare 2x DP-to-DP cables lying around. I didn't get the triple-DP adapter also offered by StarTech, as that's limited to 30 Hz.I was a bit wary about whether it'd work - would it work to have this MST hub plugged in at the same time as the USB-C-to-DP cable, would my monitors reject it (for some reason, DP from my desktop didn't work, which is why I had the spare cables, but now I'm guessing that that was my desktop and not the monitors), would there be issues with switching sources or powering monitors on/off etc., and there's a number of reviews here mentioning trouble with monitors not being correctly identified. But I can say it's working flawlessly, and as a bonus, if I open my laptop lid too, all four screens at once run just fine! Sound also works through this adapter: I can choose any of my monitors for sound output via DP in Windows' usual sound output selector. And, no software/driver installation was required; it all worked as soon as I plugged it in.My specs:Monitors: AOC I2369VMLaptop: Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16IRX8GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPUWindows 11 Pro (version 22H2)

It works, and does it's job well
Bought this after upgrading to a QHD monitor for work as the dual HDMI adapter I had didn't have sufficient bandwidth. I connected this to my Surface Pro 7, A displayport to displayport cable to my new monitor and displayport to HDMI cable to an old monitor and was able to run all three screens at their maximum resolutions. No driver install was required, it worked from the point of plugging it in. No additional power needs, still running on the stock Surface Pro power supply.

At last! a dual dp adaptor that actually works
I have an Intel NUC and have tried a whole bunch of different adaptors to get me dual monitor display from my little nuc. Anyhoo - to cut a long story short - I tried "StarTech.com (TB32DP2T) Thunderbolt 3 to Dual DisplayPort Adapter" as well as "StarTech.com USB to Dual DisplayPort, Mini Dock, Mac and Windows, Dual 4K 60 Hz, GbE, DisplayPort Hub, Dual Monitor Docking Station" - neither got satisfactorily onto two monitors... The first one - no deal at all - and the second required a bunch of different drivers - which kinda run counter to the intel drivers. To cut a long story short - this adapter actually works for intel nuc PCs. And for that reason, if you have one of those little PCs I totally recommend it...

Works well, but has a little glitch
Works well, the software that runs the hardware is okay but if you switch your monitors on in a different order than normal (or when first setup) the software can't coupe and the product hangs. Small thing but otherwise its a nice product and simple to use.

Works great, even with daisychained monitors
I bought this 2 port addapter to replace a 1 port adapter that wasn't woring correctly with my daisychained monitors. I found that his one's considerably higher quality means it works for daisychaining my monitors from just one of its ports.

Doesn't always work properly.
Sometimes it would ok, other times it's intermittent which is very annoying.

Works with Legion 5-15ARH05H (AMD)
Works great with my Legion 5-15ARH05H (AMD Ryzen 7 4800H) via USB C port (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti). I tried a Club 3D adapter previously that did nothing. Have 2x 1440p (Dell P2416D) and 1x 1080p (Dell P2319H) displays all working lovely. Cheers Startech! My eyes are much happier not using HDMI.

Effective and good quality connection but does not support laptop charging
I really like the ease of use, quick to connect two monitors to my laptop however I purchased this one over much cheaper alternatives as the description stated no separate power cord needed so I read this as in it would charge my laptop solving the issue of it taking up my only USBC port which my charger plugs in to. Unfortunately it does not charge my laptop so I have had to return as I need to unplug my monitors every couple of hours to recharge my laptop battery.
