Q: What wiring kit should i get for this amp 4 gsuge or 8 gauge?

If you Google search for CXA300.4, which is this item's model number, Kicker's site is the first result. You can scroll down to the bottom of the page for "Manuals", where you find a PDF for this item. If you look in the user manual at the "Installation" section, you'll see that it requires a 40 amp fuse and 8 AWG (American Wire Gauge). If it did not suggest a wire gauge, you can look up "AWG for 40 amps" and find a ton of charts for matching wire gauge and rating types (such as THHN) to amperage value.

Q: Would this support 2 12" kicker subs?

This amp has nowhere near enough power to push 2 12" subs. This amp is for coaxial (door or dash) speakers. Get a Kicker mono amp. Go to the Kicker website and see which amp they suggest for your particular set of subs.

This amp will power them but you would be leaving some power on the table. I would recommend there KX400.4!

Nice power

I have this amp powering this set of Kicker 40CSS694 CSS69 6"x9" 6x9 450 Watt 4-Ohm Car Audio Component Speakers. This provides power for my highs and mids, and with the speakers, gives me nice crisp, loud treble and consistent midrange. Not quite the amp I was looking for, but a good amp.
