Purchased to replace an older remote that would not do volume on my TV. This thing... light weight, easy to set up, its a Roku thing, it just plain works! ONLY thing I wish Roku remotes had was backlighting. Standard layout, so immediately familiar to any Roku user, Buttons all are crisp, SILENT, and responsive. Even has a mute button! For the price it's an obvious choice.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have a Roku TV and searched for a remote to replace the one our TV came with, so we selected a Roku brand remote, and the Voice Control feature was bonus.Remote control:We ordered this exact remote control and after 2 days, the volume control would not work properly. So, we requested a replacement. The replacement had the same issue, so we contacted Roku and they advised us to replace the batteries with new ones. Voila! We have had this one for more than a week and it works perfectly!

Had this remote in the cart for 6 months waiting for the price to drop to 10 dollars and it finally did. Bought it immediately. It works great and the first thing I did was grabbed my razor knife and removed that stupid roku tag. Whoever at roku who thought that was a good idea should be fired. Anyway, it's an excellent remote and a steal at 10 dollars.

My old remote had spilled Dr Pepper on it and I couldn't clean it at all. I broke down and bought this replacement remote, dreading that it would be difficult to set up. Boy was I wrong! So easy to pair with my Roku device! I would highly recommend this if any of your buttons are sticking badly, as mine were.

The original remote from my 2019 Roku Ultra would lose connection regularly and I'd need to take out the batteries and put them back in. I put up with it till it started having issues with sticky buttons and I couldn't get them to work properly when cleaned.This remote is fantastic by comparison. It performs the functions a little faster, it's smaller in hand, not had an issue with connection. A great value if your Roku is still working well but the remote is worse for the wear.
