Works well good value
Does the job well, comfortable to hold seems quite robust and well made,no issues so far good value for money.

Broke within a few hours , opened the door and my dog went to run after a bird I put the button down to stop him going and it just carried on going even though I had my finger on the button that's meant to stop him, had to throw it away and order another one as can't be walking round like that with him

Waste of money. Snapped within 6 weeks.
Only used for 6 weeks. 4 months old cocker Spaniel. Snapped as she ran around a corner. Rest of lead retracted into holder so you can't even get hold of it.

Broke the first time I used it
Thought this product looked great, used it this morning for the first time, half way through the walk, the lock to make the lead shorter stopped working, so if I was wanting to use a shorter lead, I was having to hold it down hard with my thumb which wasn’t ideal.
