Been using this product for nearly a week and saw an improvement pretty much straight away.I suffer with mild ME/CFS and have aches, fatigue and brain fog amongst other symptoms.I surprisingly felt a relief with my brain fog, it started to lift almost immediately. My aches are beginning to reduce also. I can’t wait to see what I feel like in a months time and will update my progress.I’m really pleased and will continue to use alongside Vegepa by the same company.The best thing about this product for me is that I have some issues with detoxing supplements through my liver and this products bypasses the liver and reaches the blood brain barrier what more could I ask for!Well done Igennus you did it again 5 ⭐️ from me!

This is decent value compared to many. All about bioavailability and the longvida is right ip there.

I have been taking this supplement for a year now and it has kept me healthy hale and hearty.

I have been taking one capsule daily, as is advised on label, and am almost to the end of the 30 day supply. I'm happy to be taking only 1 capsule of Longvida Optimised Curcumin vs 4 of another brand. I haven't had any issues with stomach upset. Some of the excipients might be a cause for concern, but in this instance, I've overlooked them. Whether it's helping the inflammation in my joints more efficiently and effectively remains to be confirmed as it's still early days. I will be purchasing further bottles in order to give the product a better chance of having a positive effect. I usually give a new product 6 months to find out if it's working for me hence the title of this review.

I purchased this particular 'version' of curcumin after having read many comments on forums and some articles - all of which presented it to be the best (or certainly the most tested and/or researched) 'adaptation' of curcumin, with regard to its absorption into the system. This product certainly works, as both my wife and myself feel a clear and powerful boost after taking just one tablet. Mental processes become clearer throughout the day and the stamina increases so that you can cope with more tasks up until later in the day. Frankly no other plant-based product that I have tried has generated such a consistent and clear effect. This makes this product really special and - I believe - revolutionary.

Complete waste of money. I purchased this few months ago after trying standard Turmeric capsules which had small amounts of Curcumin and i felt slightly better so i researched and came across this supplement which claimed to be high absorption Curcumin and even though i found it expensive i still purchased hoping this will be more effective and after trying it for around a week i did not notice any difference infact the standard Turmeric capsules i had were more effective that these and since then these capsules have been sitting in my cupboard. Would not recommend and waste of money.

The older tablets were deep orange powder. Now it has changed into a pale yellow powder.

This is a great product, although one capsule a day had no effect on overall health, however there has been a noticeable improvement especially on movement with two capsules a day with food. Effects were noticed in the 2nd/3rd week, the first week just tried taking one a day and didn't notice anything.There have been no issues of wrong number of capsules that other reviewers have stated, which made be a little worried about ordering . There were the correct number of capsules in each bottle and none of them were broken, all in good condition. Looking to order more but the price has gone up.
