Feels sturdy
Just a standard, no frills pin brush. Adequate size for medium and up sized dogs. While not self cleaning it is easy to pull hair out of the bristles. Works well to gently detangle my mixed breed's coat. Feels like it will last

Good for borzoi fur
This works well for my Borzoi, which has decently long fur. I was recommended this brush type because it doesn’t have the ball tip which can break their hair. He doesn’t mind the brush at all, I usually pair it with a detangler!Very easy to remove the hair and just toss in the trash.

Not for medium to small dogs with moderate to thin coats.
Pins are sharp with out little balls on tips. I would only use this on a large, very thick-coated dog.

Pins seem cheaply made
I saw a recommendation for this type of dog brush so went for it. I am a bit disappointed because the pins seem it cheap and fragile. Not the best option for a fluffy, thick, Corgi.
