Product delivered was as advertised. I ordered this product directly from Monin and it is a quality product. It was packaged very well and the pump had a cover for the tip, which is a bonus. I use it primarily for coffee and tea and it mixes better and quicker than granulated sugar. Great product for the value.

This is the perfect sugar syrup for cocktails. The size of the bottle ensures it will last awhile and I love that a pump is included with it. Very carefully wrapped and packed.

The media could not be loaded. Ok so to begin my review I just want to say for future purchasers the PUMP DOES FIT!!!!! I like most people check reviews on a product before purchasing and seen that everyone likes the product but was displeased by the pump not fitting well I ordered an extra pump for a 750ml GLASS BOTTLE to be on the safe side in case the one that came with it was not correct but to my surprise by so many reviews it does fit and both of my pump the one that came with the bottle was for a 750ml glass bottle the extra pump in separate packaging I didn't even open..The pictures I took are of the pump that was purchased in set with the bottle..The pump I ordered extra (photo included) is not the one on the bottle as u see in the picture I havent even opened it because the one I purchased with the bottle fits just fine and pumps amazing..Now the pump does dispense alot so you don't need alot but I purchased this for ice coffee to save money and I'm very pleased..Today is January 7th 2020 and the pump with the bottle fits ....I hope this helps

I really don’t know what people have been talking about when it comes to the pump not fitting the bottle! IT FITS. I had actually been hesitant regarding ordering it with the pump due to past, negative reviews. I’m glad that I went with my gut and ordered it because a girlie is trying to save a few bucks here! I had purchased this brand before without the pump, but let me tell you... it makes life so much easier WITH a pump.

I LOVE this syrup! It is what Chick-Fil-A uses in their iced coffee, which I have been hooked on for the last decade 😫 I have been trying to make something at home that is as close as possible to what I would get there (for other fans, Stok Espresso Blend is 😗🤌🏻). I ordered the syrup and chose this particular item because it says it comes with the pump, one less thing to order! But it did cost more than just a bottle of syrup, so I DID pay for the pump...only for it to not be in the box 😑 I contacted support after my order arrived and they had a new item sent right away with no fee...which arrived the next day! ...but also with no pump 🤦🏻‍♀️😅It's probably just like an automatic warehouse type thing with no one at Monin actually reading order descriptions...AND it ended up working out in my favor!

The bottle was wrapped in a bubble wrap and box but still arrived broke. As I removed the bottle from the wrapper a glass piece fell out from the bottom and the syrup spilled all over my counter. As it is a food item it is not returnable so it appears I am out $20.

Repeat buyer here. I love making Pisco Sours and Daquiris at home. It doesn’t taste artificial and the glass bottle is beautiful. The pump works great every time. I do wish that there was an option to buy with the pump or without the pump. The company would prob save money too and waste less plastic. I can reuse the pump from an old bottle and use on the new one. Anyway, I’ll continue to keep purchasing.
