I received the mop as expected with extra mop pads. i loved that it is easy to use. and the scraper can be used as a stand for easy storage. I have used the item for over a month now and I can say that it is durable, cleans floors well, and unlike ordinary mops, there is no need to redo the mopping as it takes all fur and dust in 1 go.Update November 2024I am still using this mop... I kind of got addicted to cleaning the floor using this mop. Very convenient and cleans perfectly! I didnt need to sweep the floor just wet the floor with water and mop. No flying dirt or pet hair around just like when you're sweeping. To top it off i dont need to hand clean the mop! Best buy!

Item not as expected, return take so long time.
