I purchased this item in November 2022. It worked great for 6 months then stopped charging. I contacted the company through the tab on my Amazon order. They gave me directions for things to check. None worked so they immediately sent me a new charger no questions asked! Fantastic service!

This charger seems like a great idea. BUT the USB-C ports don’t make a reliable connection! You risk getting no charge at all for each of the USB-C ports. I tried a variety of cables for multiple devices. The problem persists. A shame. But a charger that doesn’t charge is worthless.

This is a great charging station. I got it to use at work because there are more devices that need to be charged than we have available outlets, and this dock offers enough options for our various devices. It sets up easily and I had already purchased USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to Lightning cords so the Android and iPhone users wouldn’t be fighting over the three USB-A ports. Yes, you have to supply your own charging cords but to be fair, even the charging dock I bought a few years ago that included cords, only provided a few, and half of them weren’t useful for me. One of the things about this charging dock that got my attention was that it included an Apple watch stand. I’m a Fitbit user, but my closest workmate is an Apple watch user and is notorious for forgetting to charge it regularly, so the watch stand clearly equals an open outlet. My complaint about this charging dock and the reason it’s getting 4 stars instead of 5 is that all the pictures featured do not include the power adapter. And the power adapter is bigger than the charging dock. So while the charging dock itself is compact and sleek, you have to have a space big enough for the power adapter to sit because I think if you let it hang over the side of a desk or table or wherever you place the charging station, it’s heavy enough to pull the charging dock across and/or off of whatever you place it on. I might be wrong, but it’s not worth the potential damage to the charging electronics. Other than that, it works great and it’s been nice not to have to “fight” over outlets to charge our electronics.

This is a very nice and flexible charging platform. The ability to charge 6 things at once (3 USB-A and 3 USB-C ports) make this a great option if you have a centralized place where you charge multiple devices. The ten removable / adjustable dividers allow you to set the unit up to handle whatever size or shape of devices you might have. The Apple Watch and AirPod holders work well.I was really excited about taking this unit with us on vacation in January because it looked like it was going to be a great space saver when we packed. The charging unit itself is very small, light weight and user friendly, but it becomes very bulky when you have all the dividers in place. Plus, the DC power adapter is very bulky and pretty heavy when compared to the charging unit. But I fully understand that it takes that kind of adapter to push SIX USB chargers all at the same time. So, when we go on vacation, I am just going to take the dividers off so that the unit easily packs and doesn't take up much room.On a day to day basis, I will be using this unit on the kitchen island where it has replaced a power strip and five charger boxes. The 36" cord from the DC power supply to the charging base allowed me to hide the power supply, and only have the charging unit on the countertop. The area is still a bit cluttered because we have always bought long charging cables, but I plan to order new short cables today, and I will be getting my island back while providing an organized place for my wife and kids to all charge their devices (iPads, iPhones, battery packs, watches and ear buds.This is a very nice product, and it has already become the power hub for our digital lives!
