Alpha GPC, more effective than Nootropics formula

I like the company but haven’t seen much benefit yet.

It’s a stimulant. Heart beat was up. I didn’t like it.

Helps me focus without feeling jittery or anxious like a stimulant. Love it for work on the days I’m feeling a little sluggish or foggy

Overall a good Alpha GPC supplement. Alpha GPC is meant to help your brain. It's like a brain fuel of sorts.I take 1 capsule in the morning and I can't say I notice a huge noticeable difference but I've often used Alpha GPC in the past with other supplements that require your brain to have more 'fuel' if you will.So this supplement is still good on it's own though just don't notice it as strongly just on it's own.Very easy to take, capsules are standard size. I take mine on an empty stomach although I don't know if that is a requirement.You'll know if you take too much because you'll get a headache most likely. 300mg is a fairly standard dose, some may need only 150mg but for most 300mg is a good dose.Overall a standard alpha GPC supplements, works well no complaints

I bought this product under recommendation from Andrew Huberman. I suffer from ADD and it does provide alertness and focus but really effects my anxiety, kindof just feel weird when I am on it so I don't use anymore. I prefer supplements such as CDP Choline now for focus.
