Lakanto Monk Fruit sweetener was about as close as I could get to a satisfying sugar substitute. I've tried them all, but this one is the best one I've found. Lakanto's is always good and always consistent. I have a bag delivered every 3 weeks from Amazon. "They" say one teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener is equal to one teaspoon of sugar. That hasn't been my experience. For my coffee, I add two heaping teaspoons of monk, and then about another half teaspoon to get it to my liking, whereas two teaspoons of sugar used to work for me. Your results may vary. I haven't used it for anything other than sweetening my coffee or tea, but for those uses, it works great. If you're on a quest for the perfect sugar substitute, you're never going to find it. But this one is really close!

Purchased this for my GF as another sugar substitute.We both tried it and she claims is isn't as sweet as regular sugar. 🙄, the product measures and dissolves like regular sugar.I only tried it in a cup of Irish hot tea and since these teas are really strong I will need to adjust the sweetness to match this particular tea compared to the normal organic sugar that I use since that sugar has a molasses flavor.

This sweetner is better than I thought it would be, especially as a brown cane sugar substitute and the best thing is, it does not spike my glucose level, it's easily disolved in any temperature liquid, does not leave any after taste (well to me any way) and it smells just like brown sugar. This and the original are going to be my go to sweetners moving forward.

This is the best tasting sugar substitute I’ve ever used. I’m type 2 diabetic and I can enjoy my morning coffee without any affect on my fasting blood sugar as I test before I make my first meal which is usually 2-3 hours after my coffee. It’s also great for sweetening my strawberries and the fruit compotes I make. I’ve been using this brand since 2021😃

Using this for years and has been a great substitute for sugar. I use it as much as I can possibly can. Not to mention has no calories as well. Works good with coffee if you don't mind the acquired taste.
