I bought these because I was feeling sluggish and foggy headed all of the time. They work for me. I feel so much better

I have been taking this for about 6 months now. I can say, my energy levels have gone up alone with my stamina. Running around with the kids and I don't get winded as fast. As I continue to lose weight, it gives me that extra boost of vitamins that my body may have needed. When I know Ill be experiencing increased stress I take a few of these in the morning. There do not seem to be any side effects from forgetting to take them on other days. They also support weight loss probably because you are not as stressed. Ive been taking these off and on for about 6 months. As always do a drug interaction check and talk to your provider.
