This book was easy to use and both the text questions and computer tests made it really easy for my 4th grader to quickly review the entire curriculum in a few weekends. He did all the exercises in the book first, and then took the tests. Would also be a great review book over the summer before going into 5th grade. Highly recommend for reviewing the entire 4th grade curriculum very efficiently.

We purchased this SBAC 4th Grade Math Test Prep book from Lumos Learning and we thought it is was VERY helpful with questions that were similar to the real exam. Did just what was intended... got my girls prepped and ready! We ordered another brand as well, but thought this one was a bit better. My girls both scored EXTREMELY high... in fact, when their teacher received their scores she was so pleased that she texted us, and told us their scores were "unbelievable" and she was "so impressed and proud of them."

I’ve just started using the SBAC practice book this week. I look at my student’s IABs, found problems that were similar in this book, and I’m noticing some positive changes. I’m hopeful when they take the SBAC in April there scores will rise. The book is well laid out and there are plenty of problems to choose between.The online format is extremely tricky to navigate and came with few directions. I also wish each chapter (standard) came with a lesson plan.

This has all the tests and mini-tests that it states. With the practice smarter balanced test online, I am able to reference practice problems and concepts according to common core. There is still some leg work, but it provides great correlation and then testing.

This book provides links for online diagnostic testing that you can use to identify gaps in your child's understanding. After the initial diagnostic is performed, the parent receives a detailed report informing as to which standards need more attention. There are links to online videos, but the majority of resources suggested are available through a subscription service at an extra charge. The actual workbook portion of this product offers 10 questions per standard.

This was a great purchase. I used it to quickly fill in some gaps where my students had fallen short during the year. The book is thorough and covers all the standards so you can select what you want to target with each student or whole class. I wish I would have purchased it earlier.

This is a great practice book. It touches upon all the key concepts on which the SBAC exam is made. Really gave a good practice to my son.

I found the Lumos SBAC math practice book to be very helpful in my fourth grade class. As a group, students reviewed best test taking strategies and then use the online resource to prepare themselves for the state test. I believe that using this program reduced anxiety and improve test scores overall. Good job Lumos!
