It is very strong, make sure you know the button to use when it gets too hot or suctions too much. There is a button that releases it for safety. Worth the money.This little cupping device is amazing. It is very strong, and hope it works. I have used it and It sticks to any area without you even holding it. This is worth the money and easy to use. It also heats up. If you have to remove it, there is a button to get it off . Practice before you do it. It helps with muscle pains as well. I received the product pretty quick and I was happy with the timeframe. I am using this for cellulite and hope it works. It leaves a little bruising if you leave it on one spot for too long. . I usually massage after cupping or take a hot shower. Please use baby oil or any oil of your preference before you start. I wish this would glide but it doesnt and most cupping devices dont. Its worth the buy and definately recommend it. I attached a video to show how it holds up on its own. I tried it on my sons and husband on their muscle pain and helped them. Becareful with the first time using it, I was confused and wripped it off my legs without checking which button releases it. So becarful.

This works very well in a medical massage therapy business. It helps with customer pain relief. The suction power is very good. It helps to relieve tension in muscles.

This product does what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is, when you are using it alone, it is hard to find the button on how to turn it off when you had enough. Perhaps they can create a raised button or something that you can feel the difference on how to turn it down or turn it off.

I’ve only had it a few days and it has already relieves a lot of my pain in my shoulder and neck. Took a bit to play around with cupping pressure and I’m still working on the heat but the remote control makes it easy to control in hard to reach places on my back. So far I love it and it saves me money going to the massage therapist once a month. I also like how easy it is to remove and change the cup sizes. Charging is very convenient and seems to hold a charge for a long time. I also like the timer count down. So far I love it.I’ve had it awhile now and I still am very happy with the little device. I can catch issues before they start to really flare up. Easy to use and holds a charge for the entire I need it. Thinking of getting another one to cover more of an area. Love love love

I recently purchased a self cupping device and have found it to be effective in relieving some of my aches and pains. I noticed a significant decrease in my pain levels after using the device, which was a huge relief.However, I did find a few areas where the product could be improved. First off, once the 20-minute session was completed, the device didn't loosen its grip as expected. I had to put in a considerable amount of effort to remove it, which was a bit of a struggle. This was a little uncomfortable and could be a problem for people with mobility issues.Another thing I wish it had is a remote control feature. This would be particularly useful for those of us who use the device on our backs by ourselves. It would make the experience much more convenient and user-friendly.Despite these drawbacks, I plan to continue using the product and see how it works over a longer period. The pain relief I experienced was significant, and I'm hopeful that it will be even more effective with regular use. Overall, it's a good product that has potential, but the manufacturers could make a few adjustments to enhance its usability.

Got my machine last night and first needed to charge it. Read through all the instructions, and gave it a go on my stomach to test it, and see how the buttons work.I purchased this for my back, the only downfall is that It's hard to use without help for my upper back. And when needing to move to a different place, I need to look in the mirror to press the release button. Should have paid attention to the one with a remote..oops!I'm starting at level 1 for both heat & suction, and only a few minutes to be sure I didn't over due.. it does stop suction after the time is up.I hope to see some pain relief.Also, I tried to use it while putting on my makeup this morning on my mid back, Because I was upright and moving and leven 1 suction, it did fall off, the black top fell off.. but was easily able to reclip back in. My fault!I did notice that it didn't suction well around my shoulder blades, Not much fat/ skin to suck in maybe. Will try again at higher suction.

It requires some acclimatization, and I did experience a few significant burns while figuring it out. Despite these issues, the cup performs its intended function."
