I love this product. I have had to have it replaced every two years. The product just stops working. The customer service takes care of it under warranty if that happens to you.

When I first got this frother, it worked GREAT. I loved it.Then I had to replace the batteries. I replaced fresh batteries that I checked with a battery checker - to make sure that they were good before I put in - but even with these fresh batteries this device didn’t seem to work or have the strength that it did before.I’m very disappointed. I reached out to customer service because over a month ago because they seemed to have really good customer service track record of helping from other reviews here. But I have yet to receive a response from them.Meanwhile, I have stopped using this frother to mix my protein powder into coconut milk because it struggles too much to do the job.

I have purchased well over a dozen of these in recent years. This is by far away the best frother I have purchased. Much greater power than previous similar products. Great battery life! In a league of its own!
