Q: Can this be installed over a rubber flat roof without damaging the rubber? This is a walkable porch

These tiles are plastic/interlocking and not permanent

Q: Would these be good for a home gym?

Not sure., but not ideal for home gym in my opinion. They’re more plastic than rubber.

Q: How do the tiles hold up in long term, direct sunlight?

I’ve not had an issue thus far but I haven’t had them in this location long

Q: Are they easy to cut? i need to remove one of the four pieces. curious as to the best way to remove it. tia

I cut mine with a DeWalt cordless grinder/cutter using the cutter wheel. It cut trough the plastic tiles pretty slick.
