This book is very funny, it's a dry sense of humor. I brought it to a white elephant party and it was a hit. This is not for children.

Got this for a white elephant gift exchange and they loved it! Silly but creative!

My family is filled with avid readers and this is one we (ages 7 to adult) have all enjoyed and had a great laugh at.The book is small in size but has a hard matte cover, thicker than normal pages and a strong binding. The print is slightly small for me but still legible. The illustrations are styled like the old books my parents would read.Each page has one simple and concise list of rules or steps to play with sticks. The creativity of this cannot be overstated. As we read, we would laugh, comment on, and repeat the directions. Some got us rolling because we've actually played (see capture the stick or stick-tac-toe) others we wish we had thought of ourselves (parents, see Stick Talk -- perfect for kids!)

This was a HUGE hit at our White Elephant Gift exchange this year -- everyone was fighting to get their hands on it. Lots of laughs when reading through some of the many activities you and your friends and families can do with a stick. Great gag-gift option

This book is hilarious and I did one of the activities from its ideas. I switched places with a stick, so now it’s living my life teaching kindergarten, and I get to hang out in the forest with woodland creatures.
