We have 5 cats, two of whom eat too fast and throws up afterward. We feed them wet canned cat food mixed with some water to prevent crystals from forming. We tried many different designs. This one for us has the best balance of slower food access than other designs, plus a lot of room for the food. It takes extra work to spread the food out to the largest crevices for access but it certainly cure the throwup problem of eating too fast. Fur ball throw up is yet to be solved with a different dry food . Since we have 5 cats and I feed them at same time to avoid getting mauled, some design thoughts: put a ridge and receptacle around rim so I can nest 5 bowls securely. Now I have to be very careful in holding 5 bowls. Cleaning means soaking them, again more work to keep them clean over a bowl but well worth it

This is an incredibly sturdy bowl. Slow feeding has reduced my cats' throwing up, and instead of scarfing down all their food at once, they have to come back periodically throughout the day.

My cat was eating her food too fast and then throwing up. With this bowl she does that way less frequently

I love the sectioned off slow feeders for variety feeding and separating the foods. This is a great quality one. Highly recommend. Easy to clean. This one was a gift as a prize. Recipient loved it!

I bought this so I could put different foods in the various compartments, like cottage cheese, kibble, veggies, fruit, etc. I first wished it was bigger but really, it’s helped keep my dog’s portion sizes under control. The plastic is thick and sturdy. But it does slip around so I advise using silicone on the bottom.

The walls need to be a little taller and pockets should be more challenging for food removal. Do not challenge my lab at all. Needs grip at the bottom of bowl to keep from sliding while being used.

I thought it would be bigger than what it is. I have 2 Dobermans and they need one much larger than this. This is more so for a medium or small sized dog. Maybe I didn’t read for the measurements and that could be my fault . But they are nice bowls just too small for my liking

I bought this slow feeder for my Dachshund puppy because he was eating extremely fast and he would get bloated and end up doing his business all over the house which was nasty. So I decided to buy him a slow feeder and I love it. Probably, my favorite puppy find by far! My puppy; Colter Spade has become more energetic because he is able to retain the majority of the nutrients he is receiving from eating slower rather then faster.

Gamelle utilisée pour un chat, un peu grosse mais il suffit de moins la remplir et par contre elle est très efficace ! Mon chat glouton met plus de temps à manger ses croquettes et régurgite beaucoup moins qu'avant !

Ich habe diesen Napf gekauft, weil beide meiner Hunde sehr schlingen. Der Rüde verschluckt sich gerne und die Hündin schluckt viel Luft, was Bauchschmerzen zur Folge hat.Der Futternapf ist für meine kleinen bis mittelgroße Hunde sehr gut geeignet.Allerdings denke ich, dass der Napf für Nassfutter eher weniger geeignet ist, da er sehr leicht ist und beim Schlecken wahrscheinlich wegrutschen würde. Ich füttere halbfeuchtes Trockenfutter. Damit funktioniert es super. Habe eben 3 Näpfe nachbestellt.

Vraiment pas facile à nettoyer

The slow feeder is nice but it was smaller than I imagined at first. Still does the job though. The material is a hard solid one but this didn't deter my dog and was easy to clean.
