Great fuse / housing combination for my 12V charging system build.

Not brass, gold plated maybe ?
Hardware is steel as verified by magnet. Nuts washers and studs are plated shiny good color but are not solid brass. Works good as intended. Use #6 pan head phillips screws to mount base to wood. Bigger screw may crack the plastic as it is inset. Would buy again.
