Q: Does this unit turn off when ignition is turned off?

Dear Paul, this FM transmitter will have a very low power consumption when your car cigarette lighter (ignition) is turned off. Actually we have send warm prompt to notify customers: If you don’t use it for a long time, or if your car cigarette lighter can’t be powered off after the car is turned off, pls unplug this device to avoid power consumption of the car battery. Almost all FM transmitters work in this same way. Hope this will be helpful.

Q: Why is my radio station so fuzzy

Dear Christine Esboldt , 1) Maybe the FM channel you have chosen is not blank. Please change into another any unused and empty FM frequency(87.5~108MHz). Then adjust the FM transmitter to the same frequency: Long press Call Key button until LED display flashes, then press volume up/down button to increase/discrease the frequency. 2) Please decrease the car volume at a suitable level(about 40%-50%). Then you had better adjust the volume via this FM transmitter or your phone. 3) Will this problem still exist if you change another phone or car? 4) Please kindly not listen your local radio station while you are using this FM transmitter as there will be signal interference. Please rest assured that the device comes with 1 year warranty. Dear Friend, I'm sorry and afraid that you may not enjoy hand-free calling through our FM transmitter if your car’s radio face-plate is broken. As you need to adjust or choose a blank FM frequency on your car radio, and tune our FM transmitter to the same blank frequency, then it will work in your car. ( But this transmitter can read USB flash drive card to play music in your car, and charge your cell phone with USB port.)
