A friend gave me a portable A/C but didn’t have the hose. So, I bought this one. It’s a perfect fit! Now I can enjoy my A/C without any worry. The window cover part is also very good. I’m happy with it.

This had everything I needed (window adapter and a decently long hose) minus the hookup part to the machine, but that was easy enough to buy separately. Otherwise it has worked well. Docked 1 star because of the directions issue, but I was able to find a video on youtube for it easy enough. It also came with cushiony tape to ensure a good fit on the window. My unit is by Serene Life. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

I have been unable to put this together because there’s no instructions. I am about ready to return it because it’s very frustrating and I can’t get live help support.

The vinyl of my old hose was brittle and ripping from years of use. So this provided the essential part (the hose), but the new exhaust adapter ripped out during installation, and it doesn't come with a round connector to hook to the AC unit so I had to reuse my old one. I spent 40 minutes trying to rotate the spiral wire of the hose into the connectors and finally just used duct tape on both ends. The original window slide plate from the unit was still fine so I didn't use the new one. It's so hot I just need it to be functional.
