Value, size and quality is unbeatable.
With so many first aid kits on the market, I’ve been watching and waiting for one like this which offers the perfect trifecta of size, quality and content for my family. We do a lot of traveling, love adventure, and are avid outdoor enthusiast year-round. This perfect lightweight kit can easily join us for all activities. We love the way the contents are so purposefully chosen and carefully organized. 130 important pieces in the mini case… Please pack my car for my next road trip! Even includes a thin rain poncho which would have been useful in my last roadside emergency in an unexpected storm. Moves from car to backpack for the playground, hiking or camping. Very happy with this purchase. I consider it an early Mother’s Day gift to myself!!

Good Combination First Aid Kit/Survival Kit
This kit has the right combination of first aid and survival items I was looking for, at an affordable price. It is especially suited for camping, hiking, hunting, off-grid, rural and remote areas where you might be further away from EMS than in a city.I already had a basic J&J first aid kit with lots of band-aids and some expired meds that were never used. I keep that one at home and this one in the car or backpack.I sent some feedback to the Colorado-based family-owned company and got a quick reply from the CEO. Try that with J&J. I recommend this kit on our rural Colorado neighborhood watch group website. Also, note that the Red Cross offers a basic online self-study first aid course that is a good investment for $35. Be trained and ready to help with minor injuries and emergencies.

Good purchase with the potential to be great...
Sturdy, lightweight casing to last a while if one plans on restocking this little pouch. That was the highlight for me. However, it doesn't have everything you need for first aid treatment. I probably gonna have to restock it to my preference. A few of the items are a waste, for example the compass , glow stick, scissors Overall, nice price and all items described came in the packaging.

Great First Aid Kit....
In my view, a great little kit especially for the car or truck. Although some items not really first aid like, I'm glad to have them. The poncho and whistle might have their place if you should break down on some minimally traveled roadway. I spent some time looking at other first aid kits on Amazon and felt that this was the best of the bunch in terms of what it contains and the associated cost. The case itself is well enough made that it should last for a number of years without failing and fits in a glove box or in some center consoles. Best of all the seller stands behind their product and is reachable should you have any questions or comments.

This purchase saves me money!
I can't blame dislocating my finger on the First Aid Kit I had just bought :), but I sure was glad I had it for taping my finger. In all seriousness, this product has it all. It is now living in my car, going to soccer practices and school pickup, and is so handy for everything form the dislocated finger, to the splinter to the scraped knee for my 9 year old. We used to scour the house for stuff like this anytime someone in our family got hurt, and now we have it all in one place, conveniently organized. Without a doubt, we are saving money by having this product, rather than forgetting where I put the box of band-Aids, buying another box, and then finding the first box. This will also be a go-to item on our next camping trip, as it packs so easily into any backpack. Great purchase!

Excellent KIt with Important Extras
I spent a lot of time looking for a good first aid kit for our car that would be small enough to fit in a storage compartment and comprehensive enough to actually be able to treat things from minor injuries to emergencies. The Higher Gear kit meets those needs just fine, but what really sold me were the very practical additions of things like the glow stick, an emergency blanket, and a disposable raincoat. After all, which is more likely - an accident at night or in the rain or an accident on a nice, warm sunny day. I did add a couple of special things to the kit to cover certain personal concerns such as a clotting sponge and a small bottle of Tylenol, but I am totally happy with the kit as furnished.

Recommending to friends
An excellent small first aid kit for the dollar. In fact, it's better than some more expensive kits. The case is very nice and the perfect size for a backpack, car, or diaper bag. Because it is so small, users should familiarize themselves with locations of items for quick access. Our compass works. It isn't very sturdy, but that's not a big issue since it stays in the kit all the time.Covers *almost* everything I wanted. I would have wanted some kind of saline eye solution, but I can add that myself if there is enough space, or keep that elsewhere if needed. There is also a little extra space for "extras" that I wanted to add: a few tabs of bendadryl, some elecrolyte tablets, a small amoutn of activiated charcoal. Not exactly first aid, but one could add a small set of matches and some water purifcation tablets as well. Or, if more duplicate items are desired, there is space for that. The only item I don't get is the carabiner; maybe someone can englighten me. I don't want to hang the kit by the zipper. However, we happened to need a carabiner for a steel water jug, so it worked out for us.
