Not a smooth track
So I gave this a try and although it kinda seems to work because the track isn't smooth it causes bumps that slow the weight down enough that it isn't easy for you to keep the momentum. I tried it with different lengths for the cord and different parts combined as I didn't need all the parts. As you can see in the first pictures the main body section (with the counter) has to warp to even accommodate anyone who doesn't have a waist of less than 100cm. The second shows just the effect of taking out a single pin and the last is how this product wants to be all curled up. The only positive I can say is that I like that the weight is just done using water but that's all. Once the water container is dry I shall be sending it back.

Research
White connectors are hard to put in an take out.The section where the tracker is, is bent so when using it, it keeps getting stuck which isn’t ideal. However overall great piece of equipment

Great fun once you get the hang of it
This is really good fun, the pins are hard to get in at first but they will go in eventually. I used you tube to find the best way to learn to use it and can now keep it going for 20 mins, only down side is the counter only records some of the reps apparently in 20 mins it only went round my waist 50 times lol.My son loves the massage feature

WOULD BE 5STARS BUT….
This is great idea. Space saving, sturdy and looks nice. Only thing is that there are no instructions on use. Once you’ve assembled it, which can be frustrating when you get one of those pins refusing to go in but it will in the end. You find yourself with no idea on how much to fill the weight. I filled it up and away I went. It catches in a few places but that will wear down with use. Couldn’t get more than 8 repetitions at the most because I think I filled weight too much. COME ON GUYS, GIVE US USERS A CLUE ON HOW THE WEIGHT IT IS MEANT TO WORK…. 1/4 full, 1/2 full????

It's good
Hard to get together but Once you have it altogether it's good but the step counter does not work you have to make sure u put several ties in near the bottle else it flys off mid swing so make sure its ties tightly and properly vibration is good all I can say really is make sure you have enough space just in case the bottle flys off !!!
