So I got this for my husband for Christmas, and we had tried to put those plastic things that go in your hair. We tried using the little needle things to help fit into his braid, but it was kind of hard and impossible because I think it was the thickness of his beard is best to have these if you know how to use them and don’t use the plastic pieces they are not the best I would look them in your beard or your hair other than that they do have a little bit of a heavyweight to them designs. The beats with ruins is really cool really legit , the size is not too bad other than that they’re just a little heavy so I would not wear a lot maybe one or two at a time maybe three the swirly ones are best for hair for the women.

Requires a lesson on how to put them on. Seem to be of good quality. Just didn't have the knack of putting them on. Another item that will just get donated.

They're all made of metal, which is great. High quality. But the tools given to pull your beard through are easy to break.

The hair pull is flimsy and pulls on the hair too much but I was happy with the beads. I was afraid they would be of too low of quality and have sharp pieces or catch on my hair. The different sizes are good for different size braids.

Simple and to the point. The kit comes with different sizes of beads with different weights too. They don't feel shoddy but not too heavy. My husband is newly into adding it to his beard and he can't braid but he had zero problem figuring out how to use it. He says he likes the rubber bands because they actually have a sheen on them so they look like beads themselves. It's true, I thought one was a bead but it was just the band. No issues, no complaints. Happy with the designs, good quality.
