This is a great product is like having an Alexa but in your car. When you buy this product, it will tell you to download the application iottie, however, that application does not work at all so don’t download it. What you need to do is download the Alexa app, Open your Bluetooth on your phone and find the car mount then go to the Alexa app and add the car mount under car accessories (when you try to set up the Bluetooth, it might tell you you have not downloaded the app so just click on it and it will take you to Alexa app) and that’s it you be ready to go. Is worth the money!

Al principio funciona, se connfiguro todo bien, descargado las aplicaciones que pedía, pero de repente Alexa ya no responde solo sale una luz naranja a pesar de estar conectado a internet, cuando le pides que reproduzca música aveces dice que se tiene que instalar Spotify cuando ya está instalado y configurado.

Alexa works great but the wireless charger does not, now i have to go through the pain of sending it back.I tried it on two different phones and with and without a case

it works great with no problems and no issues wish I bought this ages ago

Best product ever do not need to search more. This is the third one I’ve bought it’s the best.
