does this toothpaste have trace amounts of lead like Earthpaste?

There is no trace lead in this toothpaste.  I formerly used Tom's, but this paste is more 'natural'.  It's white, low-foaming and feels/tastes more like the toothpaste people are used to.  Highly recommend it.

Does this tube have a foil seal, or any kind of seal under the cap before opening?
