Q: Can I remove it without wall damage ?

Yes but I double remove it carefully. I used Velcro rather than the adhesive pad provided though.

Q: How easily can these be removed?

It is very simple to remove the brush from the unit to clean. We have ours screwed into the corner and I am sure it will be easy to remove too !!!

Q: Are the bristles hard plastic, or somewhat flexible?

They are flexible. My cat loves them. Every time he walks by he gives it a rub.
