Aggravating Return policy
I bought this product and it worked for two months and then quit working. When I tried to return and replace it, I was given very lengthy instructions on finding a certain number or contacting vendors to find this number to verify that I did not order the wrong part Which their website directed me to this part when I put in all my information. I’m returning this product knowing they are not going to give me my full refund and I will not be ordering from them again.

Didn’t last a year. Terrible customer service.
They did have a 1 year warranty. I asked for a replacement and they decided I needed a refund. I payed 88.10 for this starter and the they refunded $59.00. WTF? DO NOT PURCHASE. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY!

Works as advertised
Bolted right up, direct fit. Started right up. Used for 2 months and zero issues now.

Two bolts and a nut, quick swap.
Overall removal of defective starter, and installation of new starter took about 5 minutes. Most of that time was spent disconnecting the battery. This part easily replaced the original on my Kawasaki FS730. Fire the motor right up even before it felt like I turned the key all the way.

I can't say much for longevity because I just got this item but it bolted and started rite up no issues.

It makes a difference having good replacement parts. There were no negative issues. (Now if I could only find a suitable starter for my Ariens snowblower which is not much older).
