Q: Is this for low porosity hair? And can I use it for 3a to 3c curls?

I used the grape seed oil spray. I have a 3C curl pattern. The pores in my hair are small which makes it hard for my hair to absorb the oil. However the coconut product by Aunt Jackie’s does WONDERS FOR MY CURL PATTERN! Love this product!

Q: Does this like contain alcohol?

it contains aminomethyl propanol and phenoyethanol. You can look up to see if that's ok with you or not. I haven't noticed irregular dry hair because of this product.

Q: My hair is 3c/4a how do I use this product?

My hair is a 2c. After washing and conditioning, I tshirt-dry and scrunch in the product about the size of a large grape. My hair length is at my shoulders so you will need more if longer. Then I follow up with curl cream.
