Does the job
Seems to do the job a,though I'm only running this at 5V just to keep a little air flowing in my entertainment cabinet where I keep my stereo and Thinkcentre - does the job and makes no noise at all at this level. I did try it at 12V on arrival and can say it was pretty quiet but whether you'd not hear it in a quiet environment I couldn't say - worth the money for my application.
