Sometimes the support is most important
This is my 3rd meal sealer. The other brands broke so quickly. I chose the Inkbird after reading tons of reviews and comparing prices and reliability. I love the functionality of the Inkbird, especially the moist food option, the pulse option and ease of use. However, it started to malfunction after 7 months. I simply could not throw out yet another. I emailed Inkbird through the Amazon link. The manufacturer was VERY responsive. After a few email messages with Lily at Inkbird, sending video of the issue, A NEW ONE IS ON THE WAY.I am impressed with their speed of response and their willingness to work with me on a resolution. Because of this, I’d buy other products from this company.

Product Review: Inkbird Vacuum Sealer with 6 Food Preservation Modes
I recently purchased the Inkbird Vacuum Sealer, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. From its innovative design to its impressive functionality, this vacuum sealer is a must-have for anyone serious about food preservation or meal prepping.Versatile Food ModesThe upgraded six food modes—Dry, Moist, Liquid, Pulse, Seal, and Canister—make this device truly stand out. I love the Liquid Mode for vacuum-sealing marinated foods and soups, which is often tricky with other sealers. The Pulse Mode is a game-changer for delicate items like bread, allowing me to control the vacuum process manually to avoid squishing. The ability to preserve wine and use canisters is another fantastic addition.Compatibility and ReliabilityThe flexibility to use different bag thicknesses is a huge bonus. Whether I'm sealing thin vegetable bags or thicker bags for meats, the Inkbird handles it effortlessly. It ensures an airtight seal every time, even with moist foods, which can be challenging for many sealers.High PerformanceWith 130W power and -80Kpa suction strength, it vacuums and seals bags in as little as 10–20 seconds. This speed, combined with a wide 2mm sealing strip, ensures liquid and moisture don’t compromise the seal. Plus, the built-in overheating protection is reassuring for extended use during meal prep sessions.Compact DesignThe compact and lightweight design is perfect for saving counter space. It’s also portable enough for camping trips and picnics. Despite its small size, the 11.8" sealing length allows for sealing multiple bags at once, which is a great time-saver.Complete Starter KitThe included starter kit, with vacuum bags, an air suction hose, and a sealing strip, means you’re ready to start sealing right out of the box. It’s also ETL-certified, adding peace of mind regarding safety and quality.Final ThoughtsThe Inkbird Vacuum Sealer is a powerhouse in a small package. It’s perfect for home cooks, food enthusiasts, or anyone looking to reduce food waste and keep meals fresh longer. The versatility, reliability, and thoughtful design make it a fantastic investment. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to simplify their food storage and preservation needs.Rating: 5/5 Stars

Seems Good so far
Seems to work well so far, I have used it a few times and and it fast and works well. I like the compact size so it is easy to store. I did have an issue with my first use because the directions are kind of lacking so it did not seal correctly due to the bag being overfilled.

Don't Waste Your Money !!!!
Product worked fine for a few months. It comes with a one year warranty and after 10 months of occasional use it stopped sealing when using the vacuum and seal feature. I did everything they recommended on the troubleshooting page and it still didn't work. The only way to contact the manufactures is through an email because there's no phone number or address on their website. Attempted to do a return for an exchange and after filling out and submitting all the requested information it took me right back to the troubleshooting page which eventually directed me to fill out the very same form again. I guess it's like they say, "You get what you pay for"!! But I did expect it to last at least one year. Now I'm left with a bunch of food that I have to freeze the old fashioned way....Good Ole Freezer Bags !!! The only good thing I got from this is I'm glad I didn't buy it to give as a gift to someone I care about.Update: Per return/refund policy, you have to send the item back to the manufacture at your own expense. They will examine it to determine if it needs to be repaired or replaced. But.....wait for it.......the shipping address is in China. Why would anyone pay more to return a defected product than what it cost to purchase it? And why would Amazon agree to ship a product that their customers can't return to a US address? I've learned my lesson!!!
