This is the worst thing to help support your knees
Warning, don't buy this. If you are skinny and have thin legs, maybe. But if you are like me, I'm a little overweight, at 185lbs and these do not support your knees or legs. It feels like someone threw together two pieces of wood with a door hinge, and a thin piece of cloth between it and your skin. It's the most uncomfortable feeling I've ever had. The hinges are scary too, they act like a rat trap, and if you don't oil them up good, it's hard to bend them. First time trying them on for my patient, before putting them on them, they were so stiff, a piece of plastic on one broke of a little near a hinge. I would not recommend these to anyone with knee problems.

Bone on Bone knee pain, need total knee replacement both knees
Because I have such severe pain, even while sleeping if I turn turn the wrong way, I needed to try something and this was it. I need total knee replacement x2, all cartilage destroyed from osteo arthritis. No surgeries during COVID. I needed something, anything to try and reduce pain and add stabilization. I tried these after reading reviews. I am pleased, the reduction in pain and the increased stabilization keeps me going longer in the day. My case is severe, I need a cane in house, and mobility scooter when distance is required both are cumbersome. Adding the brace I can walk around house and to vehicle without a cane. It keeps me from 'tweaking' my knee if my foot is turned the wrong way, this adds stability. These are definitely worth the purchase. Don't expect a miracle, just expect improvement.

Cheaply mass produced.
I bought these to Intergrate into a brace design I have to give it a little extra push for a non functioning leg I figured I'd try them on to see how they fit. They do not, the straps are comically small to the point that my wife barely got them on and she's 150 pounds lighter than me. The plastic dug in deep Into my leg and provided no help, and the plastic was brittle. Absolute failure. You Can see where they could work but the manufacturer chose cheap mass producing. Thats what I get for a made in China product.

Stiff and Uncomfortable
I don't understand how this is supposed to help people with knee issues and/or senior citizens. The springs are so stiff, when I walk it doesn't fold so I'm just straight leg walking. I even folded the brace with my hands to try to loosen the springs and but even then it still really won't bend. It only bends when you put all your weight on it, like when sitting down, but I don't bend my knee that low when walking. I will admit this can help you get up from a sitting position but that's really all it's good for. Returned.

Uncomfortable but somewhat stabilizing
The FitKnees Power Knee Stabilizer does a fair job of stabilizing the knee. It initially provides a snug fit, but only temporarily. Although velcro secures the stabilizer, it does not provide a slip-free fit and slides up and down on bare skin. Because of this movement, I would not trust the device to remain intact when I most needed extra knee support. Another issue with its functionality is its lack of comfort. The hinged springs in the back of the device are quite stiff and limit mobility. The springs would make it difficult to easily flex the knees if there was any type of knee pain. This makes it challenging to participate in physical activities, such as mountaineering, cycling or working out. It was difficult to even comfortably pedal a stationary bike. I would only use this device for activities that required minimal movement. The item pictured on the box has a logo, while the enclosed product does not. The logo would have been helpful in showing how to position the stabilizer on the knee.

Don’t waste your $
I have a progressive autoimmune arthritis and I am barely capable of bending down and getting back up without great effort. I thought these might help me to easily get back off the floor from being in my knees. Well, let me tell ya. They are difficult to put on, not very comfortable, and worst of all really do nothing to help me get up. They seem like a good idea and for under $8 as I recall they seemed like a good deal. I was wrong. Save your $ for something else that actually works.

Sturdy and lightweight
The media could not be loaded. Knee stabilizer seems to work more like physical therapy. My daughter had knee surgery back in December and said brace is comfortable but does not actually stabilize. I tried to put the brace on but it would not velcro around my thighs. There was not much stretch to the fabric straps. But would recommend to someone who needs minimal support or needs to exercise the ligaments or muscles. There is no logo on the outside so you have to guess which way is up.

Still getting used to this and...
I'm glad I got this. My knee keeps going back, so I needed some stability while giving my leg some breathing room. I hate being stuck in sweaty braces all day long. It takes a long time to see a doctor after getting your leg scanned, so for now, this is greatly needed.
