This is GREAT!

This. This cat toy is way fun for my cat AND me!! She’s smarter than she appears and figured out what she had to do to get the treats pretty quickly. The puzzle is pretty; colors are bright. Sturdy and well-made. It’s become the favorite toy in my house for my kitty. She even plays with it when there are no treats hidden - maybe just looking to see if any have appeared. This is so worth the money for your cat!!

The best all around

After trying a few options this one hit the mark! It’s well made, cute and my cat loves it. Right away he understood how it works. No more scarf and barf and he seems to like the mental stimulation! He acts happy I got him a new toy. If he’s asking for food and it’s not a meal time I can say, ‘go check your food toy’ and he finds some food. He’s learning to look himself before asking for 2nd breakfast. Good product for a good price

Great enrichment

Overall, the product seems to be durable and made really well, and I like the colors. It’s also easy to set up with the treats and everything that moves does so very easily. so far my cat seems to have shown only a mild interest, But I use it for a small amount of time a few days a week to get him used to it, and the instructions provided were helpful for knowing what steps to take to get my cat comfortable with it.He seems to have gotten the hang of the swivel pieces – my only complaint is that there is a small gap between the cup and the surface of the device which causes flatter treats to get stuck. This means he has trouble getting the treat out, and essentially pushes his entire nose against the edge to get it, and I imagine that it’s not super comfortable.Still, it’s a good toy that forces him to think a little and it mimics foraging for food. And I think it’s a good value for the money as it seems it will last a lo if while.

Even great for French bulldog

Great way to slow down fast eaters and also give some mental stimulation. When I dogsit a relative's French bulldog, I always feed them with this. After I showed them how she loved it, they got a food puzzle, too, and it's helped her lose weight and be healthier. My cats use it, but I think it's a great dog feeder, too.

Good Puzzle

A good puzzle for my Siamese, is, she hears me with the treat jar, I put down the loaded puzzle, she smells it and walks away.I leave it there. Minutes later she returns. "Sniff sniff...hmm, my cat sense is tingling."She reaches out her paw, probing, probing. "Sniff. Scratch. Push. Sniff.... crunch, nom nom nom.".Later, I see she hasn't gotten to everything. She knows there's more treats in there.By bedtime, or the next morning/day, she's solved it and gotten to all the treats. After that, she's got it, but it slows her down getting her treat, and she still needs to go through the solutions.Value of the puzzle, is maintained! Like most interactives, you put it away so it's not out all the time. You break it out as desired, then put it back away again soonishly - don't let your cat get bored with their interactives by leaving them out.Reasonably built. Fair price.

Easy to play, hard to clean.

My cat solves the puzzles pretty quickly. The toy has little crevices which can't be cleaned well.

Cat loves it

Just arrived today so I cannot speak to long term use. However, my kitty was immediately interested and it kept him busy for quite a while. The quality of the material seems to be good.

My cats love this

All three of my cats love this!! I was looking for a toy to help entertain my cats as they are bored of many of their other toys lately. It's easy to put the treats in and a fun puzzle for my cats. Definitely worth the value and can use this in multiple ways depending on your cat!

Pros and Cons, from a OOBC Orange Tabby

Pros:- This is a pretty impressive-looking but still beginner to intermediate level cat feeder. It said to increase difficulty slowly, but after two days of my cat not even having to think about it, I skipped to the hardest level and that took him about day to figure out completely. This is NOT a food-motivated cat, nor is he a particularly bright one (I know, I love him, but he's an orange tabby with very limited access to the One Orange Brain Cell they all share -- pictures posted as evidence that if he can solve these, ANY cat can. Images as proof.)- Well-made, easy to clean, dishwasher safe- Can be set up in stages to help cats learn the skills to successfully acquiring all the kibbles/treats/etc- perfectly sized for most dry cat foods and treats (ladybugs will accept and release up to Greenies Cats size treats)- no jams, nothing trapped that needed prying out- makes slowing down kibble inhalation and portion control a lot easier, as he's no longer focused on the bottom of his dish- already able to transfer skills learned with this toy/feeder to others- most importantly, and why I began this: HE IS NO LONGER BOLTING HIS FOOD AND REGURGITATING IT. Because, beyond the "ew I just stepped in semi-digested cat food" factor, it was seriously bad for his health and probably hurt.Cons:- he now refuses to be fed out of a food dish- it now takes 20+min to portion out his dry food in the mornings between three toys, two fillable mice I then hide, and a treat dispensing ball that contains a spiral to up the difficulty beyond "ball with a hole in it". Again in the evenings. My cat is now so smug as he no longer needs me, he feeds himself and is a mighty hunter, thank you very much. This is a monster of my own creation. That said, this is also a really good puzzle feeder or treat dispenser with the ability to increase or decrease the difficulty. We had a couple of secondhand dog puzzles he was enjoying, but this is much better and of all the puzzles we have it continues to be the easiest to fill and clean for the longest length of feeding time as he doesn't get more than 4-5 kibbles per ladybug. The leaf in the middle really ups the difficulty, you might want to leave that open for a long while as it can lock up several other leaves. Only once they're slapping leaves aside is it a good time to stick this wrench in the cogs 😄

Fantastic for cats who are highly food/treat motivated

One of my cats who is generally very hard to please with toys, but is very treat motivated, loves this! I highly recommend for very intelligent cats who are not fooled by many toys.
