definitely worth using and worth the cost

My husband and I started with only one pellet a day, a month ago. We feel great and I believe we are even looking younger ! I am way past menopausal age. I have been taking this for several years as prescribed by my naturopath after testing revealed low DHEA levels. I am now 48 and am in or am experiencing the start of perimenopause, the years before menopause actually begins, and low DHEA is typical for women and I think men, too, as they age. I first started with a few or three (can't remember) pellets in the morning. Periodic tests every six months to a year has now brought me to a prescription of 5 pellets in the a.m. And 4 pellets p.m. Which I have stayed at for over a year. My DHEA levels are now at normal, not really low like before. I do recommend seeing a naturopath because DHEA levels are affected by many things as your hormones all work together and are affected by the levels of all the other hormones. And your diet and sleep are important too. I am an athlete and am able to work out with intensity and at the same level or more than others much younger than me. I think if I stopped taking this, I would feel a slow decline.

I am very happy with this pill, all natural and its helping me a lot, with my sleeping and mood swings, hot flushes.My energy level is so much more that i love this. I even bought for my mother too.

I have not noticed any significant changes in my body, but I use this product with a hormone cream and the hot flashes have almost totally subsided.
