This case is pretty and all, but it cost me $350 to repair the screen on my brand new Samsung. I have been very careful with my phone, dropped it maybe couple times. The one time my phone with this case on rolled off the sofa, I picked it up and the screen was broken from corner through the whole phone. That messed up the digitizer and I had to get it fixed. In past I purchased similar cases, but they were different in that: if the hard case snapped off, the phone was fully covered by the rubber insert. With this one, they have skimped on using enough rubber to make sure the phone is fully covered in case the hard case snapped off, especially the front glass should be covered, which it was not. As my phone fell down from 2 feet height, the hard case snapped off, the whole face of the phone was exposed, therefore the impact and the break. I will never buy any similar phone case again. I can't even give this 1 star, very poorly thought through product. After just few weeks the case was trash. No durability and no protection just after a couple drops. I wish I could file a complaint and have them reimburse me for damages. Find you another case, please save your phone and money.

I rarely write reviews, but I want there to actually be REAL reviews on this case.I like the design on the case, it's really pretty and I get compliments on it.I think the case would offer good protection, if it were to stay on. Every time I drop this case, it splits open and I have to put it back together. The bumpers are nice and would be much more effective if the case didn't fall off all the time.I would return the case, but I am pretty much too lazy.

This case is made for an "Expensive" phone. I gave it a chance. But People do heave my warning when I tell you that this is not in anyway protective! My phone can fall on a carpet of all things and the case will instantly separate, and you'll habe to click it back together. Could have been a good case, but it doesn't stay together and certainly DOES NOT protect your phone. I now have a spiderweb crack in the bottom left of my phone that I have to get repaired. Smh...

The look of the case is very pretty but not worth the money for it's sturdiness and durability. It may look that way but everytime I drop the phone the whole case would split up leaving my phone flying out of it. I think this happens because if you look at the opposite side of the power and volume key to the case there are four holes to help snap the case on, once impact it doesn't do well holding the case together compared to other cases I've used before with no holes.

I have now bought this case 3 times because I use it so much and finally it will eventually break a little. I keep buying it because it keeps my phone safe. Bought a different case and my phone broke within a few days.

When I sent in my order it was supposed to be for a Samsung S20, I swear I made sure that's what I ordered but I got a case for an S ultra. Also I see where it says Ultra on the description "now" but that isn't what it was when I originally ordered it.

Nice looking case but EVERYTIME I dropped my phone by accident the whole thing separated into pieces and I would have to reclick everything back together. Don't recommend for this reason as its not something you should expect a phone case to do.

Very clunky, doesn't allow my phone to fit in pockets or purses well anymore (S-20 Ultra+). The case also comes apart all the time.Giving 2 starts because a 2 year old gave my phone the ol' razzle dazzle and threw it across the sidewalk and the case took the majority of the damage.

Casing is really pretty. However, not very practical. Thought it will protect the phone well, but dropped it and the casing came off in 3 parts. Not exactly what I expected for this price paid.
